Everything was spot on.

The location was great, just a short walk to the seafront and castle, which made exploring the area easy. The property was also excellent in terms of providing linen, towels, and the necessary number of beds. It was nice to have hand soap, loo rolls, tea towels, and washing up liquid already provided, which made our stay more convenient.

Parking was a major problem during our stay. There were no visitor permits available, so we had to pay for parking on top of the already expensive stay.

I recently stayed at a charming villa called Cooks Row in a fabulous location near the beachfront. The house was beautifully decorated, giving it a warm and homely atmosphere. I was impressed with how well equipped it was, making my stay comfortable and convenient. The bedrooms were spacious, and the heating kept me cozy during my January visit. I also appreciated the big fridge and ample parking options, with both a garage and a driveway available. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and utensils, ensuring I had everything I needed. Additionally, the owners were quick to respond when I initially had trouble entering the property, showing their attentiveness and helpfulness.

While there were many positives about my stay, there were a few drawbacks. Some of the mattresses were not in great condition, and I had to switch beds to find a comfortable sleep.

Stayed at a fantastic villa, great for 5 of us. Perfect location, although the seagulls were noisy. The house was ideal for our visit, with beautiful finishes and appliances. It was meticulously clean and had lovely touches like cotton bedding and fluffy towels. The facilities were fabulous, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Highly recommend this property. Owners were responsive when we had trouble with the initial code.

Cooks Row in Scarborough provided excellent value for money with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was ideal, just off the promenade, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

The only improvement I would suggest is expanding the breakfast menu with more options.
